Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All Streamz products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters our production process before being dispatched.

Orders are typically produced, packed and dispatched within 1–5 working days.

During periods of high demand, seasonal events, product launches or circumstances beyond our control, processing times may be longer.

UK Delivery

Most UK orders are delivered within 5–8 working days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs procedures, industrial action, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Alternative courier services may be used where appropriate.

International Delivery

We ship to customers worldwide, including Europe, North America and many other international destinations.

International orders typically arrive within 10–30 working days, although many orders are delivered sooner.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs processing and courier performance.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service selected

  • Current carrier rates

All shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Streamz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges or lost parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update delivery details. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at jimmy@streamz.store.

While Streamz is not responsible for courier errors once an order has been dispatched correctly, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where applicable, submit claims on your behalf.

Any replacement, refund or compensation will be subject to the courier's investigation and confirmation of loss.

Parcels marked as delivered by the courier may not qualify for a replacement or refund unless evidence is provided that the delivery was unsuccessful.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect;

  • The parcel was not collected from a designated collection point;

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful due to customer unavailability;

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging collection or redelivery where required by the courier.
