Returns & Refunds Policy
Print-on-Demand Products
All products sold by Streamz are made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not hold stock and each item is produced individually once an order is placed.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Change of mind
-
Unwanted items
-
Colour preference changes
-
Orders placed in error
-
Any other reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or damage
Please carefully review sizing information and product details before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To make a claim, email jimmy@streamz.store with:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect or damage
Examples of defects that may qualify for a replacement or refund include:

Significant print defects or print quality issues
-
Holes or tears in the garment
-
Stains present upon arrival
-
Major stitching defects
-
Incorrect item received
-
Damage occurring during production or shipping
Minor variations in print placement, garment texture, colour appearance between screens and physical products, or loose threads that can be easily trimmed may not be considered manufacturing defects.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the item at no additional cost; or
-
Issue a full refund
You may not be required to return the original item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Custom-Made Goods and Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers do not have the standard 14-day cancellation right for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
As all Streamz products are produced on demand specifically for each order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
